RPPC of Dr. F.M. Blair, Harrods Ohio

Doctor Blair is in this group, but which one is he?

He lived in Harrod all his life, but alas, I couldn't find much info about him.

Dr. F. M. Blair 1862-1934 HARROD, July 27 Dr. F. M. Blair, 72, died at 9 p. m. Thursday at his home here. He had lived in Harrod ail of his life.
