History:
* J. Haley designed molds for the FOSTORIA MOLD COMPANY.
* The MOSAIC GLASS WORKS of Fostoria Ohio made the tiles.
* Mosaic Glass Co. was bought by ADDISON GLASS NY.
* The molds were moved to New York.
* These tiles were made by both companies for window panes.
